In addition
to helping with general pastoral duties, Pastor Matt has major responsibilities with youth and family ministry. He has a passion
for putting the “family” back into youth and family ministry and believes that we need to set the bar high for
our youth and give them the tools to be future leaders of the church. Pastor Matt is married to Shana who is in the process
of getting rostered as Deaconess in the ELCA.

Ben is the main youth leader for the Sr. High. He was raised in Junction City (Go Blue Jays). He is a Senior at Manhattan
Christian College majoring in Pastoral Ministry. Ben loves sports (football, baseball, basketball, golf) and is a huge fan
of the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals. Ben also likes to do things outdoors such as hiking, camping, fishing, and hunting.
When he is not watching or playing sports or doing things outside, he like to play the guitar or fire up the grill and cook
a good steak. Ben is engaged to Rebekah Hasty and they are planning on getting married on December 29 2007. You can reach
